Mark has been working with the gym for over 6 years and, with 15 years experience, has a wealth of knowledge to share with you!


He can help you achieve:

Our fixed-term memberships (ie, 12, 6 or 3 months) all include a 1 hour introductory personal training session and personalised fitness programme with Mark.
